questions about bootloader

this version of the galaxy edge s6 plus comes with closed or no bootloader.

root may or may or not to install custom rom.

because if the bootloader is closed may not be very difficult or Open it.
wonder at & t version SM-G928A (AT & T)

I wonder if this is closed or open
