notifications displayed behind input method. how to fix?

Recently, I find that the notification popup ( after clicking the notificaiton bar) displayed behind the input soft keyboard. So when your soft keyboard is displayed. And now you click the notification bar and want to see the many notifications, the keyboard block your view. If you press Back now, the notification popup is hidden instead of the soft keyboard. Very inconvenient. This is not the case before.

I am using android 4.0.3. Is there any way to fix this?:confused:
