New to N7

Hello all. I am new to the N7. I look forward to trying out some of the awesome development in this forum. Before I begin I need to ask some things.
1. I have a Verizon note 2, Verizon locked the bootloaders on their phones so development has stoped. I know the N7 has a locked vootloader
