hi all...help me with android recovery no command

Good day to every1...hope i post this in the right section after 3 fails...hehehe...im using HUAWEI ASCEND Y600-U151,can any1 tell me what cause this...for ur info...i already.press power button or whatever button that i can find at my hp...still the text not appear...only this dying android with chest open.CAN PLSSSS TELL ME WHY THIS HAPPENING and will be grateful if u guys give me solution for this...
