CWM for CM 11?

I've been having issues installing CyanogenMod 11 onto my Nook Tablet. I believe the reason is that I'm using an older version of ClockworkMod.
Where can I find a 6.x version of CWM for Nook Tablet (16GB). I've looked all over but couldn't find anything.
