Cm12.1 nightly to bacon

I'm using cm12.1 nightly for a few months. Today I've read that there's a stable version of cm12.1 (cm-12.1-YOG4PAS1N0-bacon-signed).
I want to know that if I need to do a clean flash (wipe everything) or to do an update.
