CM12.1 issue after upgrade from old to newer version

After Upgrading to new nightly i'm facing following issues,

- Auto reboot after few hrs.
- UI Crash
- at incoming call : answer & dismiss dialog will display with dealy
: UI also get freeze .. to receive call needed to many clicks on answer

- Unable to install apps from playstore .. it will download app again and again if tried
- SuperSu unable to install binary library
- AppLock App is not working

i was upgrading cm-12.1-20150821-NIGHTLY-nicki to cm-12.1-20150828-NIGHTLY-nicki
