Can't start rooted phone after freezing some apps

I'm not sure if this is the right forum. If not I apologize.

In the last few days my battery life dropped from 2 + days to a few hours. I got more batteries. Same result. I scanned with AVG and Malware Bytes. Nothing. I tried looking up apps that were safe to "freeze" with TB, and froze the ones on this page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2483927 . I powered off and restarted my phone, and now it gets to the big white V over the word VERIZON on a red field and just freezes there. When the phone started before, when the Samsung "Galaxy Note 3" logo came up, it said something afterwords - I don't remember the wording, but it started right after I rooted. It had something to do with the rooting. Anyway, apparently something I froze had to do with the proper operation of the rooting. So now I think I need to start the phone in some kind of "safe mode" and undo what I'd frozen. I just have no idea at all how to do that. Any help would be appreciated a lot!
