Basic of android design

Hi Guys,

I'm totally new with android mobile application design, I'm starting a project, I have no idea where I have to start, whether I have to start with the small scree or medium or large screen size design. Please can you guys help me with the basics and If you guys have any links to learn. Please help me out.
