All ROM flashing attempts have failed

What I have is the Sprint G900P Galaxy S5.

Kies (does not recognize my phone/does not accept the serial number),
ADB does not recognize the phone even though I am 100% certain the drivers are installed correctly
Odin fails with either at FAIL (Auth) or SW Rev Check Fail message.

I am under the impression that Odin with a Non-stock ROM which does not have bootloader and kernel included might work.

Anyone have an idea which ROM I can download to try which does not include a Bootloader or Kernel?

{P.S. I last had Lollipop installed when this phone went south…}
