Is Z3+ worth the MONEY?

Hi guys (especially to z3+ users)! I would like to buy a Z series Xperia phone. So far (aside from the Z5), Z3+ is the only Z series that has a 5MP front camera (front cam is one of my criteria in choosing a phone). My other options are M5 and Z2 (but Z2's front camera is only 2MP..) I am also concerned with its overheating issue..is that really true or just a black propaganda? Is this phone worth the money? Thank you in advance for your opinions! :)

Nexus 6 - still worth it?

Android - I'm coming home! Now to find a phone.

Been looking at the Nexus 6 pretty hard. I don't want LG, and I refuse to pay premium prices for a Haiwei crash-o-matic piece of junk.

Spent some time at Best Buy today fondling a Nexus 6 - love the screen, love the feel, love the speed.

So, nearly a year after it's release, is it still worth it? Thinking about doing another 2 year with AT&T, which would make it 9, or 9 outright through Best Buy.

THoughts?

Worth Getting it?

Hello,

I found that some of the Samsung S features may fill some of my needs however I have a few questions:
  1. Does it work well with Note 3?

  2. I would like to use it for fitness, is it any good for that? (running, indoor exercise,)

  3. is there any standalone app that can be used for running (without phone)? I know that in Android wear we can use ghostracer and endomodo. Is there anything like that?

  4. Is it worth getting it now for 289 €?

Thanks :)

M7 Worth getting?

Basically, I need to get another phone due to my current phone having quite the issues. I need to get a phone that fits my price range and this one happens to be one of the phones to get. My question is, Is this phone still worth getting even though its older. I mean this was a top flagship phone back in the day, and not having whats in is not an issue for me. Would you recommend it?

Is lollipop worth it?

Hey guys!

Im a noob when it comes to installing ROMs and crap like that into phones (never done it), so even after looking at alot of threads about lollipop on s4 im wondering. Is it worth the time and effort i need to go through to get it because im running an unlocked version so i cant get updates from at&t. Chances of bricking? Oh and i was wondering do i need a sd card to do all of this? Can i do this from my phones internal storage?

Many thanks in advance.

Is it worth buying?

Hi guys,

So far this is, for me, the most beautiful android wear made. Is it worth buying? Or android wear is still in his early stage and this is not that useful?

Upgrading to G3 - worth?

There's no doubt that this phone is much better than my HTC ONE M7, in every way possible. There are a couple of other concerns I have despite the fact that it is dirt cheap at the moment. I can literally buy 2 G3 for the same price as galaxy s6.

Hardware buttons at the back - annoying? steep learning curve?

Battery life due to 2k HD resolution?

Other general comments?

Is the jump to lollipop worth it yet?

I flashed lollipop when it 1st came out and hung on it a week or so but due to known issues went back to kit Kat, at this point with new updates, is lollipop worth it?

DRM keys, worth losing or not?

This post over at the recovery/kernel dev thread seems to suggest that locked bootloader root and recovery might actually be impossible to achieve on the Z3+, so I've started to consider unlocking, having previously been adamant about not doing it. Losing the DRM keys is what prevents me, though.

Does anyone have a full list of lost features that go with the keys? I'm aware of some camera stuff, the Bravia engine, and noise cancellation.

Also, some users have reported at least partial restoration of DRM functions (not keys!) on previous Z devices, is that/will that be possible on the 3+?

Is Moto X worth rooting?

Hi, I have a Moto X 1052 with lollipop 5.1. Sadly I also have the infamous Mobile Standby bug.
If I root my phone, would I have any chance to make my battery life better (especially with the xposed module which allegedly fixes this problem)? I have now 3h of screen time tops, even with mobile data always off (after rebooting, thus no "mobile standby" activity, otherwise I would have even less battery).
Moreover I don't want to flash non-stock roms, because I don't want to lose active display and moto voice. I also have one more year of warranty, so I would like to be really sure about it if I had to lose it.

Is the watch still worth $278?

Is it worth Rooting anymore?

1. I noticed exploits are being patched left and right.

2. Knox is easy to trip now.

3. There are no custom firmwares anymore for Samsung phones.

4. Samsung requests the removal of links on this board constantly.

5. Can't use Samsung pay with a knox tripped phone.

6. Downgrading is blocked in case you have an upgraded phone.

Is this what Samsung forums have come to now? Are there phones out there that you don't have to deal with Knox?

It seems people don't really care anymore about Samsung phones?

Still worth buying (used) Moto X?

I have a deal of used XT1060 for 116$. Is the 2013 Moto X still worth buying? Is it still considered a "top" mobile phone?

Is S6 worth buying over N6?

Hey all,

I had already ordered a Black Sapphire 32 GB version but I'm still in a state of confusion with N6 and S6. The battery backup and less Dev support is a bit of concern for me.
Moreover I had come across some RAM Management issues on S6.

Please comment your views. I was a previous user of Oneplus One :)

Regards.

Is Nexus 6 Worth Buying Now? :)

Hey all,

I am a former user of Oneplus One, planning to buy a new phone after getting the previous damaged in an accident. I had already ordered 32 GB Black Sapphire Samsung Galaxy S6 but I'm still in a state of confusion. As the "Exynos" processors doesn't offers much support developers. I am a user who loves flashing roms and tweaking devices. I was waiting for Oneplus two but it doesn't fulfilled my expectations.

I just want a honest review regarding the Camera and battery life. I had gone through hell lot of YouTube reviews but still I rely on reviews from an N6 user.

After I get a review from you guys I'll be deciding my next new Smartphone.

Regards. :o

Is the Z3C still worth to buy?

Hello everyone!

Right now I own a Moto X (2013) and I love it mainly because of the size of the screen, it actually fits in my pockets! But as of late, the battery is already draining a bit fast, and the camera has never been very good either. So I'm looking for a phone to replace it that has a better camera, battery and keeps about the same performance. The problem lies in the big sized phones available today! They're huge. I don't want it to exceed the 5.2 inch display size, nor it be larger than 140mm approximately.

So I thought about the Z3C. I also considered the new Xperia M5 (not yet on sale) (145mm long) or even wait for the Z5 Compact. What do you guys recommend? Is the Z3C still worth it?

Galaxy S3 Verizon ROOT ROM ETC worth it or NAH

Model #: SCH-I535
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband version: I535OYUDNE1
Kernel version: 3.4.0 (May 20, 2014 KST)
Build number: KOT49H.I535VRUDNE1
SE for Android status: Enforcing SEPF_SCH-I535_4.4.2_0016
Hardware version: I535.10

So i just got this S3 for really darn cheap in great shape. I figured i wanted to root and use custom recovery and then maybe try some new roms. But it comes to my attention through like all the helpful tutorials that the bootloader is locked and there is almost zero guarentee that even the one that have done this will work without many issuses. so im just seeing if anyone thinks its worth it to try with this phone or look else where and deal with 4.4.2

Jumping from the S5 over to the Note 4 worth it ?

like the title says, i am currently owning the Galaxy S5 , my question is ,

is the Note 4 worth getting when i have a s5 ? i would like to experience the Note phone as i never had one before and i like the spen thingie looks cool.

did anyone here had a s5 and jumped to the Note 4 ?

i dont really want to get the S6 nor the Note 5 mainly due to no Removable back for battery swapping and the use of msd.
