What is the current most stable Android Lollipop ROM? Need one that is closest to AOSP and least amount of bugs with things like the Camera etc.

Most Xposed Version for MXP
Before I go and install xposed framework, I want to confirm which is the most "stable" version I should install? Any feedback of which version everyone is using would be great. Loving my rooted MXP so far :)

Getting new Nexus 6, looking for the most freedom
I'm looking at both AT&T and Verizon services. Ideally I'd like to get a Nexus 6 that could work with both of them, should I decide to migrate. If I get a carrier-specific phone I want to flash it to Google defaults. I really don't like carrier-specific apps or other hooks. And I don't want to have to wait for the carrier to approve an OS version before I get it. I played that game with T-Mobile and never got a single update for Gingerbread, and Verizon had a huge delay before offering 5.1 to Nexus users. I want freedom from their whims.
1) Are there any special technical or business concerns about flashing the phones from either operator? Do any of these companies deny service (anymore) if we dump their company-approved OS?
2) Is it getting too late to just now buy into a Nexus 6? Is there a replacement for this on the near horizon? I don't want to pay full price for hardware that's getting obsoleted by the carrier or Google as I walk out the door. Google already says on their factory OS page that some phones (generally over 18 months old) may no longer be able to upgrade. I think the Nexus 6 is getting close to that line.
3) And given the choice between getting a phone from some third-party, or from the operator, it looks like (because of the age of this device?) some of them are offered for less than US0, but the operators still charge 0+. Are there any do's and don'ts about buying from a third party and then asking one these "big two" companies to use it on their network? I know/believe that for an LTE network we don't need to get an unlocked phone, which only applies to the SIM for GSM. But is there any other way that an off-the-shelf Nexus can be incompatible (for business or technical reasons) with one of these carriers?
Thanks.

Build.Prop tweaks working for most on LG G Stylo
okay so i thought i'd make this thread over here as well since i'm hosting my threads on both XDA and AF
just a quick copy and paste :P
Here are some build.prop tweaks that i have tried out, there are plenty of ways to edit the build.prop file i personally use root browser (file explorer) which has a RB Text editor
Does your phone tell you that you need to purchase an upgrade to your plan whenever you try and tether? Depending on your carrier, this line may help:
net.tethering.noprovisioning=true
#Helps scrolling responsiveness
windowsmgr.max_events_per_sec=240
#Faster Scrolling
ro.max.fling_velocity=12000
ro.min.fling_velocity=8000
#you can use multiwindow for all apps
#Default value is false, edit to true
persist.splitwindow.support_all=true
#Enable Permanent LTE Option
#default value is 9
ro.telephony.default_network=10
found this line in the prop
#property to enable DS2 Dap
audio.dolby.ds2.enable=false (if change to true, would also need to edit lge.music.xml in the etc folder to get it to work) JayBondzeWell has provided the edited file i will upload here but his part of the work (and you just unzip and replace your existing .xml file of the same name then fix permissions to 0644)
#Multi Users
fw.max_users=30
fw.show_multiuserui=1
^^^^thanks @Krlypumaa
#Liquid Smooth Ui (not the custom rom)
persist.service.lgospd.enable=0
persist.service.pcsync.enable=0
#Change android name and version
ro.build.display.id=Your ROM name
ro.build.version.release=5.1.1 (Android version number)
#More volume steps in call. (default is 6)
ro.config.vc_call_steps=20
#Default volume in call. (default is 3)
ro.config.vc_call_default=10
#Better call voice quality.
ro.ril.enable.amr.wideband=1
#Increase Quality Of Media Streaming (add to #system props for the MM modules)
media.stagefright.enable-meta=true
media.stagefright.enable-rtsp=true
#Increase VM Heap Size (default is 36m)
dalvik.vm.heapsize=72m
#makes apps load faster and frees more ram.
dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=m=v,o=y
#Google DNS Tweak
net.rmnet0.dns1=8.8.8.8
net.rmnet0.dns2=8.8.4.4
net.dns1=8.8.8.8
net.dns2=8.8.4.4
if you know of any more that work please comment them i will probably add them to the OP

Getting the most out of my camera
Hey, I'm pretty new to my G4, and I was wondering how to get the most out of my camera.
I haven't downloaded any camera apps or anything, and just use the stock one. For pictures I take, I just leave the settings on auto, seeing as I don't know a whole lot about photography. How could I tweak the custom settings to work better under different circumstances and just get a better picture in general?

Most stable ROM with fast WiFi?
I've tried a few ROMs now and they're all good except that they get buggy after some use.
All I really need out of a ROM is stability and WiFi speed. Is there a go-to version in this regard?
Android version does not matter, robust features does not matter either.
The only features I need:
-Stability after long use, and without restarting for a while
-Reasonably quick WiFi
-Ability to install Dolphin or Firefox APK
I literally just want to use a web browser on it and that's it.
Any help here would be appreciated

The Note 5 is the most love it/hate it device I've ever owned.
I've never owned an electronic device of any medium that makes me so bipolar. My previous phone which I still have is a cracked Nexus 5 which compelled me to go and get the AT&T Note 5.
On one hand I absolutely LOVE the hardware. It is the most premium feeling handset I've owned by a large margin. The display is by far the most beautiful of any medium. The audio quality from the aux is leagues better than the Nexus 5. The camera crushes the Nexus 5. No more do I have to make sure the camera is focused. It's an amazing point and shoot camera. It's sleek, beautiful and stunning.
And then we are left with the software... WTF Samsung. Apparently this beast is running the fastest mobile SOC currently on the planet along with 4 gigs of RAM, yet for some reason my Nexus 5 hardly ever dips below 60 fps with animations and scrolling while the Note 5 lags like hell. I don't know how much I can attribute this to a higher resolution display, but it's pretty pathetic how a two year old device is smoother than the alleged current king of mobile processing. Hangouts is almost unbearable on this device. Yes, I know the new hangouts has lag however it wasn't nearly this bad on the Nexus. The only area hangouts lagged on the Nexus was group messaging when scrolling up and down the message chain. Chrome lags during scrolling and no it didn't lag on the Nexus. Play Music lags. I installed Google Now launcher because I like the easy accessibility to Google Now and the LAUNCHER LAGS!! I've hadn't experienced a launcher lagging since I owned an HTC Thunderbolt. So many changes to the UI for just the sake of change. I open the app drawer for the first time and almost faint. WTF are 80% of these apps? I know this is subjective but the icons are absolutely disgusting. Then I'm caught in another dilemma when I attempt to use the material dark theme and the DEVICE LAGS EVEN MORE!?!?!
Man how much I wish Google still had the Google Play edition program because the marriage between stock android with the Note 5 would be heaven. Why couldn't Samsung just keep the stock UI but kept the added features such as S-pen? I really want to keep this device. I really love holding it and consuming media with it, but man navigating through this device is just a mess.

Most stable and feature such ROMs currently?
My wife has a sm-t320. Currently running a nightly CM build from February. Tried to download and install recent nightly but play services kept force closings so i restored a backup. I don't have time to research, install and check various ROMs mostly because she hates when I do it but I was given permission because WiFi keeps dropping but only on her device.
Suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks!

MOST STABILITY.. leave a comment
Hey all, I am setting up my grandparents (75 & 76 years old) with there first smart phones. I ran up on a dirt cheap i727 skyrocket and a i717 galaxy note. I want something 4.4 that EVERYTHING works on. Camera, text, calls, data.. . I just don't want something that will be rebooting randomly on them; also these 2 phone have the same chipset so I want to flash both with the same ROM so they can help each other figure **** out. Please leave a comment on what you recommend.
thanks in advance.
