First of all, i'm so sorry for my bad english, i'm a french guy.
So, as you know, we need and we're looking for CyanogenMod 12 on our galaxy Grand prime, and that's the reason why i'm here today.

We Can port Cyanogenmod 12 On our Grand PRIME but we need someone who knows how port some rom
