Three weeks back I had upgraded my MOTO E - XT1022 to Lollipop 5.1. It was working fine untill yesterday night then when i woke up in the morning phone was switched off, when charged it. it was showing No Sim Card for both the sim slots. Even WiFi is not working. its showing Baseband Version Unknown and IMEI Unknown. I did factory reset, still it is showing the same error.
I want to understand if this is a Hardware failure or a Software issue due to Lollipop upgrade.
This phone is out of warranty, can you please suggest what else i should check or try?
This phone is about 14 months old and i didnt face any other problem with the set before.
