Can the waving and phone flick activation, etc be turned off?

I want to turn most sensors off. Can the display waving and flashlight wrist flick activation, etc be turned off? That seems like battery wasting stuff and can activate when not intended as well. Regardless, I want to turn all of those functions off and disabled almost everything on my Note 4 too. I will turn my phone, camera and flashlight on the old fashioned way :)
