All the apps are getting optimized whenever i restart my phone

Please help me out, whenever i restart my phone all the apps are getting optimized automatically which takes very long time to boot up.
I rooted my phone. I am using Moto G X1068 with android lollipop 5.1.1. Cyanogenmod 12.1.
