In bootloop, cannot get into recovery or fastboot. Please Help

My phone is stuck in a bootloop, cannot get into recovery or fastboot. My phone can only charge.

Furthermore, in my device manager my phone shows up as ''unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)''.

Any solutions are welcome. Please help
