4 phones on one IMEI number. What should I do?

I went to Metro PCS with my note 3 to switch it with my Metro phone. During the process they checked my IMEI number to see if its blacklisted and they told me that 4 other phones in 4 other US states were using the same IMEI as mine. My phone had been unlocked from Sprint and I checked to see if the IMEI was different from the original and it wasn't. What should I do about my situation.

Phone Number Problem

I have been having this problem on my HTC one m8 since I bought it. I save a number without a country code. I receive a call from the number it doesn't show the contact name I've linked it to. It just shows the number with the country code +XXX 123456 And if I save a contact with a country code when I receive a call it has the country code and doesn't show the contact name and only the number without country code 123456. I have to save both the numbers in the contact info for it to show the caller ID.

This is really annoying because when I sometimes receive messages or calls by numbers that I have saved onto my phone. I can't tell who they are. Would really appreciate any solutions.

Note 3 No Network / Wrong Serial Number .

Problem:Rooted the phone and due to some issues but somehow it became unrooted so I tried to root again but this time it failed during odin downloading mode halfway. so I unplug and was not able to boot up the phone. So i download and install the stock firmware from sammobile and manage to get the phone to startup . But the next issue is that the imei is gone and serial number's wrong with no network .

Did a bit of researched and I managed to write my own imei in through a thread I've found here . But my serial number is still different from what I've checked from the back of my phone and the network is still not up . I've check my ESN n MEID number is some random numbers or just 000000000 , tried to search for how to recover but to no avail.

I've tried doing imei repairs using GSII_repair and tried to follow some threads on things like deleting efs folders etc BUT I am not able to find the nv_data file even after rooting so decided to drop the method .

Do let me know what you guys need in order to troubleshoot the problem .

S6 Bricked - Smart Switch Serial Number issue

My son attempted to root his S6 with Odin and failed. His phone is SM-G920R7 (nTelos) and there are no compatible roms - but that didn't stop him from trying. So we are got the "An error has occurred updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." So, downloaded that, went to the software update and initialization section to try to reinstall the factory software. It takes the Model number (above), but then asks for the serial number. I've tried both IMEI# on the back and any other numbers I can come up with. No luck.

I called the carrier and Samsung and each of them told me to call the other. Does anyone know what "serial number" (technically s/n: is the prompt) they want? Thanks.

It seems at this point that the software is only trying to validate that the serial number exists - the phone is not connected to the computer. But entering any of the numbers mentioned above only lead to an error stating the serial number is not valid.

Call Back Number being Sent over SMS

Strange, I've "upgraded" my M9 to a G4.

Now when my wife sends me a text message from her Bad Boys M8 I see her phone number listed on every text message. I thought the problem was the G4.

Turns out the problem is with the M8 and M9.

M8 always sends a Call Back number. There is an option to shut it off, but If you shut the option off or wipe out the call back number in the HTC Messenger app, it puts it right back.
The M9 never displayed it (maybe it's an option to filter out). But G4 always shows it, if it's there.

Everyone else sending me messages has no call back. Only the M8, which explicitly says to send it and cannot be defeated. And the M9 quietly hides it even when you want it.

I have a T-Mobile Note 4 MODEL NUMBER: SM-N910TZKETMB and I tried to root it using the the steps showed on the forum but I couldn't I only have a Fail message in ODIM every time I tried. Any one have a clue on how to root it. I tried different methods XModegame and nothing seems to work always have the same error it start and ones it goes by half or more on the process I have the fail message in red in ODIM

Galaxy S4 IMEI Number

I Bought Galaxy S4 I9505 from local market when i connect my device to Samsung kies it's said failed to connect and also it doesn't have the software update option in the phone. I went to the Samsung Service Center they told me the Phone is Original but the Sticker inside the Phone behind the battery is Fake. Dialer problems (same number twice )

I got the 920F with the newest ROM which is available in France.

Normal:
Open dialer, press a few numbers, one of your contacts will be shown, press on it and call.

Now when I press on my contact, it shows me the same number twice and I need to choose between them every time before I can call him.

Anyone with the same problem?
It happens with every contact and they all have one number.

Problems with dialing a number

Every time I want to dial a phone number I receive an error message that says call not sent. I can dial the second time and call goes through. My wife's 6 edge does the exact same thing. This is very annoying when looking up a number and trying get to connect a call only to have to do it all over again. After the error message the dialer just goes blank and you have to enter the number again.
