Looking to get rid of Knox is there a script?

Can i use the external SD card as internal storage on lollipop?

Hey guy,

can i use the external sd card as internal storage on android 5.0.1? My girlfriends samsung galaxy s4 value edition (I9515) has a very small internal storage but she cant do any app on the 64 GB external sd card. So i want to simulate the external sd card as internal storage. Is this possible on lollipop`?

Problem with stock messaging app after update to Lollipop 5.1.1

After update to Lollipop 5.1.1 I can't see my own picture in stock sms app. The pictures of other contacts can I see normal. The other things are working ok.
With other SMS apps is no such problem, I can see my own picture and from contact.

Z2 Screen Not Responsive After Lollipop Update

I have updated my Z2 to Lollipop few months ago. I found out that after 2 weeks, the left keypad could not be used, I could not press on "1", "Q". Now I have to one-hand keypad.

Yesterday, another issue happened. The android buttons are not responsive, the "back", "home" and "multitask" button do not react to me at all. I have to make the screen landscape if I need to use those buttons.

But when I am on lock screen, the "call", "unlock" and "camera" button is responsive. I did factory reset and wipe cache but still not helping. I asked some friends but most people say that it's the digitizer problem because none of them experience these before. I am not sure about this, but there are no dead pixels, no dropping at all. The age of the phone is 1 year. Everything was fine when I am on 4.4.4, all went wrong after I updated.

What can I do to fix this?

Upgraded from Kitkat to Lollipop. Just. Need some help rooting.

So not being very experienced at Rooting/Flashing Roms this may come across strange.

Here is a little background to my problem.

I had a rooted Note 3 running KitKat before I decided to flash to Lolipop. I downloaded the Vodafone (UK) variant of the ROM from Sammobile not thinking anything of it at the time (As I am on Vodafone) I went through the usual procedure of going into download mode running Odin as admin and then connecting my phone, adding the Rom files to Odin and then Flashing. Flashing started fine as it got towards the end it Failed on Hidden(Something).
I panicked didn't know what to do so I unplugged my device and tried to reboot. It didn't. It said something along of the lines as there is a firmware error and got stuck on that screen. Panicked some more, decided I would try to google a fix. Came across one which required me to flash CWM Recovery onto my phone. I thought I would try it, Once it flashed which went fine I was told too try and boot straight into recovery mode once the phone starts and reboot through there. I took out my battery put it back in and then went ahead and tried to boot into recovery which worked. Once on CWM I went to reboot the phone As I hit yes too reboot It took me to another screen where it said I wasn't rooted and if I would like to reroot. I decided to click NO and restart the phone. It got stuck on a boot loop, I did a factory reset and cache wipe and it booted into life. (And working fine so far)

So here is where the problem is.

I am looking to get root back to the device. I think I have a locked boot loader as I installed the Vodafone variant of the 5.0 Rom. Would I be able to Flash the BTU Rom onto my device without bricking it, and after that would I be able to root Via CFAutoRoot which seems to be the easiest way to so. Or could I flash with CFAutoRoot Straight onto this ROM.

Error "Update google play services" after updating to 5.0.2 Lollipop

So I updated my Galaxy Grand Prime (SM-G530H) to 5.0.2 Lollipop via youmobile post and using the final firmware which is recently.

Everything went good except I'm always having this error that says "Update google play services, Google play services won't run unless you update Google play services" and I did updated it

so does anyone knows what is the problem or experienced the same thing and knows a fix?

Issue after lollipop recent update

Hi! I updated my handset to latest ota and now the phone seems to be unusable. It restarts on its own, cant even make or receive calls. It keeps restarting everytime. Lags too much. Can someone help y this is happening? I have too much data so wud prefer not to flash as it will wipe everything. Pls help

i have rooted my phone using an 3rd application from my computer.
Currently it is running on MIUI 5.9.18 beta version,with some japanese language.
I cant understand anything and i also lost my playstore. :( .
Please helpme by saying the process to flash any RoM and getting my phone back on track with a Google playstore available.

Unfortunately its Not an OTA update so you should extract the zip files and copy the Update file to your SDCard/Dload folder . then install it from Updater ==> Menu ==> local updates.

Warning: record failed in all lollipop custom ROMs

so I've been moving between ROMs a lot ,,, in all lollipop TW ROMs I can't record videos at all even with snapchat
but on MIUI KK or on official KK ROMs and on CM12 and AOSP LL ROMs I've no problem at all...

how can I fix that? I tried Full Wipe and changing between ROMs but still the same issue shows !

Problem upgrading from Kitkat to Lollipop...

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my SM-900 (ha3g) from Kitkat to Lollipop.

I've flashed the latest TWRP and the 5.0 bootloader via ODIN.

I then use TWRP to flash the ROM (I've tried CM and a couple others) - I wipe the necessary file systems prior to wiping and then select the zip to flash it. It flashes fine. I reboot the system and after the Samsung SM-900 screen comes up, it just remains black. Nothing appears. I've waited quite a while in the event it was just initializing, but that's not the case. I've also tried to wipe the caches and factory reset AFTER flashing, but that does not fix the issue.

The phone will just not boot.

Anyone ever experience something like this?
