Is it any easy way to manage my google contacts?

I have a lot of useless contacts and others repeated in my google account. .Although i turned contacts synch off ....after i format my device i discovered a lot of contacts i deleted them before they come back again.

Is it any easy way to manage my google contacts to delete useless contacts and prevent them to come back again?

How to manage multiple user accounts on Xperia T2 ultra dual ?

Good morning
I can't find Users option in settings ( Xperia T2 ultra dual D5322 )
Is this normal for all Xperia T2 ultra users or it's just me ?
