Using PR 5.1.1 on Tmobile --- What are the best settings?

Hi Everyone,

I picked up the phone during the EBAY 9.00 and really like the phone, however I hated the ATT Bloatware.. I flashed the PR 5.1.1 firmware and really like how clean it is, however I am not getting good speeds on Tmobile. In the mobile network settings there is no option for LTE. I have gone into the service menu and changed the band to 4 and can get LTE, however it is really slow, I have also chosen band 17 and getting OK speeds using HSPA+, however no LTE and when I reboot the phone it resets the bands to the default settings...

Any one have any ideas or suggestions?
