PLESE Help. IM stock on recovery mode . it cannot reboot my phone

PLEASE HElP me master . im totally helpless. :crying:
i have a gionee ps2 1gb ram. i want to format my system capacity because it is totally full. so i root my phone then i download a CWM " carliv touch recovery v2.7" then when i want to click the reboot phone. it cant. it cannot restart.:crying:
im stock on recovery mode.
please help me.
