note 3g updated to MIUI v7 | call rejected

every call i am receiving is getting rejected automatically after 1 ring and i dont even get the notification for it . i have to go throught call logs to see the missed received calls.
i updated to MIUI v7
handset is Note 3g INDIA
android version 4.4.2kot49h
miui 5.8.22|beta
kernel 3.4.67
