Help HTC desire 501 + Gear 1

Hello everyone i install gear manager and connect to gear watch but my phone have 4.1 so i did not get full notification atn manager force stop when i install and run it so i am confused my phone did not have custome rom if i install nullgear on my watch is it get all notification or not
please suggest anyone
