[GUIDE] How to unlock Fastboot on the Elephone P8000

Hey everyone!

If you want to unlock your phone's fastboot

fastboot oem unlock

---

will not work. At least not out of the box.

Fortunately it’s still possible! :) Simply enter Android’s developer options and tick the “OEM unlock” option as shown here:


Reboot into fastboot and try again with

Code:

---

fastboot oem unlock

---

It will work this time!




PS: You get into fastboot on the P8000 by pressing and holding volume up and power at the same time while it is powered down. Navigate to “fastboot” afterwards!
