custom oneplus one??

Hey guys, I was wondering if it is possible to order a custom one-plus one without SIM capabilities? (paranoid parents) I love this device and I want to get it but it can not have SIM capabilities.
If not then can you guys recommend a small (7 inch or smaller) device without SIM?
I'm asking this because my Nexus 7 screen and motherboard broke and i need a new device. :/
