I dont know why but all my calls are being forwarded to a number which is always switched off. I have a verizon note 2 and this started a week ago when my friend said my phone was switched off but i ignored this. now from three days my parents sisters everyone says my phone is switched off. i checked it by calling from another phone and i saw the message call forwarded. Then again i called and saw the message conditional call forwarding active. i want to disable all this. there is no setting for call forwarding in this phone help me.
