Cannot boot, RSD Lite Windows 10 Issue.

Having a strange issue, I cannot boot no matter what I do. I had stock working fine, I wanted to flash a recovery to get root on the phone, and once I flashed the recovery via Fastboot the phone wouldn't go anywhere except recovery. I tried RSD Lite but it doesnt seem to work via Windows 10 no matter what Driver combos I try. Is there a way to fix the boot issue without using RSD Lite? Anyone have success with RSD lite on Windows 10?

Any suggestions?
