Games and Apps not loading on Fire TV Stick

So. Just did a factory reset of my Fire TV Stick. Only problem now is that games and apps will not load from the Home menu.
If I go to the "Games" section, it's only saying "Loading Games..." in the bottom right corner. Same goes for the "Apps" section.

I have really no idea what to do, so it would be great if someone could help me out here.
Just ask if you need more info.

Use USB Stick as Internal Storage?

I am rooted using Red Mod v0.1.6 on my Capacitive Headunit.

Concept sounds simple and I see alot of threads about this but I am trying to use a USB thumb drive as internal storage. I am using an app called external 2 internal and I managed to successfully do the swap 1 time then lost it after reboot and have never beenable to successfully swap since then.

Are there any other apps that can perform this swap?

If not can you recommend any settings I need to look over and confirm to do this swap? The internal storage of this Unit is something to be desired.

Using a Bluetooth selfie stick with zoom buttons and the LG G4

Hello.
I have a problem with my G4 since buying and beginning to use this bluetooth selfie stick. The problem is that I cannot use the stick's zoom buttons with my phone, as they both act as a shutter button for some reason. Why is that happening and how can I resolve that issue so that the zoom buttons will operate as needed?

What VPN if any works well with the Amazon Fire Stick?

Is it possible to add a working VPN on the firestick? I was going to try IPvanish for a month until I noticed that once you sign up and pay for that month you are tied in for a longer period and funds auto deducted. I just want a pay as you go sort of thing if it's not free of course.

I want to be able to use all my addons on Kodi not just a few due to the ip limitations. :good:

Fire Stick, SNES9X and ROMs issue...

I'm new to all this Fire Stick business. Sorry.

I have ADBFire and have used this to install SNES9X and push a ROM onto my Fire Stick. Thing is, within SNES9X I am unable to locate the ROM as I am unsure where I have pushed the ROM to. I also have ES File Manager and I can see the ROM is on the Stick, but am confused as to where to navigate to find it within SNES9X. What am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone, I had direct tv working on my aftv, however the latest version does no longer work, does anyone know where I could get an older version of the apk, I try both the tablet version and the phone and neither work, thanks in advance for your help.

Amazon fire stick cache settings for kodi

HI all, recently got Amazon fire stick, added kodi. Installed repos etc, streamed a show and the firestick ran out of storage space and crashed. I was unable to reopen it without wiping all the data and starting again.

My question is , what is the best cache setting for the firestick to stop this happening? I read different things everywhere about xml settings and changes to cache.

Please can someone tell me very simply what to do and how to do it? bearing in mind that I am a noob! I have no idea how to get to or edit xml stuff, I read that I need to create a file- how is this done? On the stick or a pc? ! Pls help!

How to get a custom recovery to "stick" with Lollipop>

I just got the T-Mobile S5 with 5.1.1 and I want to:

1. Install TWRP.
2. Use TWRP to install the superuser zip file.

The bootloader is unlocked. I assume you need a custom recovery first before you can root the phone, right?

When I install TWRP with Odin it shows it was successful but booting into recovery shows just the stock recovery. There are tutorials that tell me how to deal with this issue but they all require the phone to already be rooted...

So... what do I do?

Update Kodi With USB Stick

Hi Guys

I have Kodi 14.1 installed on my fire tv. I had to bring it to a mates house who owns a pc to do this as I don't have a pc/laptop. Is it possible to download Kodi 15.1 to a usb stick and put it in the back of the fire tv and update Kodi from the USB?

Bt Sport and Fox sport apps on fire stick

Hi

My bt sport app has started to jitter when playing video and so does fox sport from within directv. I jave noticed that th bt app updated itself.

Is there a way to stop the auto updates or to maybe lower the bitrate of videos to stop jitters. It is really starting to annoy me. My sky go app did it but I installed an earlier app version and it solved it. When yoi try to install an earlier bt sport app version it prompts to upgrade.

Any input would be much appreciated
