I just root my device but superSU it's in chinese how to update? please.

Hi guys I'd like to know how can I update Supersu in english, because from playstore is giving me an error, I don't know what to do.

if I unistall supersu or stop the process I'm going to lose ROOT privileges right?

Wireless Charger Pack for Note 5 (it's NOT what you think it is)

Please look at the photo I have posted (zoom in to see the details) with this post to the thread. I am referring to the "Wireless Charging Pack" which is actually a cover for the Note 5 from Samsung, which has a battery built into it, which wirelessly charges the phone while the cover is on. The cover only covers the back, not the front (including the camera lens on the back as it contains a battery) but wirelessly charges the phone while it is on the phone (I have read in the description it has a switch on it which allows you to turn the wireless charging on and off, so essentially this is Samsung's version of a Mophie cover). You can use the phone normally (except for the camera of course) while the phone has this on it. It is currently not for sale on the Samsung accessory web site. Does anyone have one and what do they think of it? Does anyone know where to get one?

Trying to Root My SPH 520 and it's working

Trying to root this base or downgrade to MF9 rooted touchwiz rom but it's not working.

[Q] Xperia Z2 won't charge while it's powered on

Tablet is a rooted Verizon Xperia Z2.

If it's powered on it will not charge with original stock USB charger or a generic magnetic dock charger.

If I turn it off it charges perfectly with either charger.

What could be wrong? :confused:

[HELP] Derped by new Z3 (or maybe it's SIM Locked)

I broke my Z3 and got a replacement a few days ago.

After I flashed pre-rooted 23.4.A.0.546, linked here, the he replacement shows the dreaded Invalid Card. Emergency calls only:

I never tested the device, I went directly for the root, ZX discovery and pre-rooted flash.

As quick explanation:
I got the device.
I never inserted a SIM, I immediately followed the instruction to root a Z3 with a locked BL:

- downgraded phone with D6603_23.0.A.2.93 ftf linked here.
- ran giofroot exploit. used v3.1. had to run it twice.
- mounted /system rw with ES Explorer.
- installed Z3 Dualrecovery for locked BL.
- then flashed 23.4.A.0.546 linked here.

Phone turned on without a hitch.
When I placed the SIM, I noticed the Invalid Card notice.

Tried (and failed) attempts:
Since then, I've rolled back to D6603_23.0.A.2.93.
Installed PC Companion (eeew) and done a system repair.
Downloaded the latest firmware from xperifirm for Telcel's branded ROM.

nothing. device still says Invalid Card.

can anyone confirm if I have a SIM-locked device or if I flashed the wrong firmware?
How can I roll back? what measurements can I take to better understand the problem?

Do-Not-Disturb - it's back?

Maybe it's just me, but did the AT&T Update (patch) that was just pushed to our phones restore the Do-not-disturb feature? I see it available now where before it was the "interruptions" feature.

WiFi boot loop bug ! found the fix (but i'ts temporary)

When the WiFi is turned ON, As we all know the device will constantly search for wifi networks around it, but the problem is whenever it detects an open wifi network (which requires a sign in via browser) it will immediately go into a bootloop and you will NOT be able to fix it with anything other than going outside that particular WiFi range and force your phone to turn OFF, then restart it again, (remove all cables). and it will clear the Cache since it rearranged the whole icons.

So this happened to me in the Airport and i had to go to an Elevator (Lift) in order to disconnect the phone from the WiFi range (since a metal room isolates all the wireless networks) and i restarted my phone there.

So updating to Android 5.1.1 will NOT fix this bug, and i have to turn OFF wifi before going outside my house, because even when i am driving my car my phone will get into bootloop because somewhere on the road there was an open WiFi network (with browser sign in) and even .1 second is enough for my phone to bootloop.

If anyone knows a fix please discuss it, FYI my phone is NOT rooted and NOT altered in any way, its stock.

[Q] Replaced motherboard, now it's not charging!

Hey everybody! As the title says, I replaced the motherboard on my SM-G920V with one from my wife's old S6 (also 920v). She thought it'd be fun to throw it at me when she was angry, and shattered both front and back glass. BUT ANYWAY... After I finished installing everything how it's supposed to be, I started it up and was so happy to have my S6 back to OE2! My only issue now is that it won't charge, yet will recognize a charger. I haven't been able to connect it to a computer, because mine was blessed with a lovely RootKit/netbot that took over every aspect of my machine. So if any of my hardware people could help me out, that'd be great! What could I have done wrong?!

Using mobile data while it's off?

Guys, i've been using Cloudyg2 2.2 since monday and i'm having trouble with the mobile data activating by itself.
i mean, in the phones config it is OFF but in the next day, even with it OFF it still uses my credit, like if i turned it ON but i didn't.
it use to happen in my last device which was Razr HD xt925 but a workaround for it was just set it OFF and select ONLY 2G on the network config...but in this device and this ROM, even with it OFF and selecting only 2g it still uses my credit...
any ideas?

[Q] Phone is not seeing any of it's memory

I don't know what happened, my battery died, I plugged it in, turned the phone back on, and boom, my phone is throwing errors out left and right, and ES File Explorer is saying '/sdcard/' is not found. I've tried going to storage/emulated/0 & legacy, but I get the same not found message.

Storage in System Settings shows that the storage is still being used, and the file browser in TWRP shows all the files are still there. It just seems like the mount points or bindings got all screwy.

My phone is on the BOF5 firmware, it's stock rooted. I've had no problems restarting my phone, usually have to atleast twice a week. Nothing funky installed, atleast nothing that would mess with the SD card. No SW was uninstalled, just frozen, and it wasn't much [Voicemail, Internet (Browser), Hangouts]

I'm really just hoping that someone, somewhere knows a way to help me fix this so I don't have to restore!

[GAME} Tapminer - It's a game about tapping

Tapminer is meant to be a simple but satisfying game, with pretty graphic elements and frustrating tap-as-fast-as-you-humanly-possibly-can-action - so, clearly not quite sure how to position this or sell the idea to people...but I find it pretty entertaining, so possibly someone else will too?!
