How to reinstall Google download manager on rooted MOTO G X1032?

I deleted the default download manager trying to free up space (despite having 100's of MB's spare- i think I've found a fix for that), and stupidly :silly: my titanium backups of it as well. I've done a factory reset, but no luck. I now can't access any of my downloaded apps, including Titanium Backup or my Nandroid Image (which i don't know how to restore to anyway).

Where can i download the APK for the download manager (assuming Chrome will do that)? How do i run it once i get it?
