hold finger - shaking

Subj ;(
If i hold my finger on the screen, scrolling shake for 1-2 pixels up/down ;(
So games like terraria or tower of hero can't do drag and drop - apps think i scroll screen , not a hold! ;(
Anyone with same problem?

Camera focus not working(Requires shaking the device hardly)

So my camera doesn't focus, it requires me to shake it so hard to work!
anyone has any idea how i can fix this :?
