Ployer MOMO 8W dual boot Windows tab reinstalling-reg

Hi
My Ployer MOMO8W tab is now stuck on boot logo. Can anybody suggest how to flash it. Which Tool is used for flashing this tab. I have downloaded a file from its portal and it have around 4 GB but in zip format. I dont know how to use it for reinstalling.
