How do you permanently set default install path?

I'm tired of being asked every time I install an app where to install to internal, external or let the system decide. How can I permanently assign this so I don't get asked in future?

Disable all fitness tracking permanently?

How do I disable all fitness tracking? It's cluttering up my beautiful watch with fitness bullsh!t that I'm absolutely never even remotely interested in (plus it would be nice to save .05% battery or whatever). If it's relevant, I don't have any fitness apps on my OPO running on cm12.1.

How do you permanently change the OOM Priority of a process?

If you use one of various android application managers, you can see the OOM Priority of an app. This determines what process is killed by the LMK when the minfree limits are met. How do you change the OOM Priority permanently? For example, you could set your Facebook app to be lower priority than your Chrome app, and then Facebook would always be forced closed before Chrome.

Setting selinux enforcing 0 permanently?

Hey guys, xposed is not working correctly due to selinux.

How exactly am I suppose to work around this?

I can't find the selinux file in root Explorer or anything :(

If I absolutely have to get a new kernel, how do I do that? And if so, which is closest to stock with selinux not blocking my xposed?
