OFFLINE Maps Directory on Lumia?

I know there is a way to save maps to sdcard using WPTweaker but I was wondering if I could copy the already downloaded maps stored in my phone directory to my PC. If so, could someone kindly tell me the filepath when connected to PC? Thanks in advance :fingers-crossed:. I'm using 640 XL, full unlocked and interop accessed.

Directory that updates download to?

My shield tablet has a custom recovery (TWRP). The latest update (3.1.1) downloads, but won't install because of the custom recovery. If I knew where to find the download (or what the name of the update file is so I can search for it), I could manually install it through TWRP. Any help[ would be appreciated. Thank you.
