Why wont app uninstall from LG Urbane !!!!!!

Im losing my mind now, This is the second time I have this issue and Im not making the 10000th factory reset again.

Wtf wont it uninstall from the phone. Im even using wear app manager.

Now the app duolingo using ram on my watch and I cant do anything about it

Please help. Do I really need rooting ???
