How to make a retail rom ? Backup ?

Excuse my English but I want to make a retail rom to be installed in the adb tools , to become more like this: BRASIL_XT1033_5.0.2_LXB22.46-28_cid12_CFC.xml

Can someone help me? it's possible? :confused:
