I thought I'd put this out there just in case someone else has had a similar problem.
I downgraded my VS985 to 10B in order to root it, but I didn't like it, so I used the Verizon Upgrade Assistant (Verizon Wireless Software upgrade assistant Tool [LG G2]) to upgrade it back to 24B. Despite the tool being used for the LG G2, it worked fine on my G3. Since then I have rooted it and intalled various custom ROMs, each causing some sort of problem on my phone. I want to use Verizon Upgrade Assistant to go back to stock 24B, but now when I try to launch it, it says that it can't open because BNRPopup.dll is missing? I tried reinstalling it but to no avail. Any ideas?
