Urgent help needed

Had my N910G rooted on stock 5.0.1 firmware. Then I went ahead and did the stupid things of doing a factory rest from the settings menu. The phone then reboots and is now stuck in a loop of 'installing system upgrade' page that comes on for a brief second and then goes off. It's accompanied by the Adroid with the spinning ball.

Can someone please help me out!
