Trying to Unlock my Verizon S3 on 4.3

I followed the directions here. Except I can't get past the Cgwyn part. It just keeps saying "command not found." I'm new as a user so I need at least 10 posts or something to ask a question in that direct thread. Any help would be appreciated.
