system date rolls back to 1971

Im sorry, I made this thread in the general discussion section before, got no answer there.

Here's my problem:
Everytime I turn on my Nexus 5, the date goes back to 04/20/1971. It only happens with the latest build of PA (5.1). I've tried different Gapps and clean flashed the rom but no luck. Any ideas? Im on stock kernel, and the time settings are set to update automatically. After 5 minutes it usually goes back to the actual date, but on reboot it always rolls back to 1971.
