stuck in bootloder and working os

hello guys
i flashed cm12.1 and after it booted up i rebooted my phone to flash gapps using twrp
but the phone keep booting into bootloader againg and again i can boot into OS and its working fine but no recovery
and all adb commands not working
like flashing recovery , boot ,oem lock unlock...
any suggestions:):confused:
