[REQ] custom rom for OPPO R831

Is there any custom rom developer out there want to create custom rom for oppo neo 5 (r831)? i googled it everywhere and nowhere to found any custom rom for my device. oppo even officially released kernel source for that device on github. https:// github.com/oppo-source/Neo5-kernel-source
