Samsung Glaxy Young 6310 Wi Fi Problem

I've flashed a custom rom and my wi fi got bugged stopped working (stuck on turning on )
) from time to time but now it isn't turning on anymore, it just stuck on turning on and goes off all the time no matter if i flash any stock rom...
Can you help me a little bit
