[ROM][lux] CyanogenMod for Moto X Play

We are pleased to share with you our port of CyanogenMod to the Moto X Play. It's still a very new port, I'd consider it to be early beta status, but most things are working. I consider it stable enough to share here. The port is under very active development, and things get fixed and improved every day. Don't expect perfection.

If you encounter issues and have constructive feedback, please share. Reports that say it's laggy, or buggy, or it sucks are useless and will be ignored. If you encounter a specific, reproducible issue, please describe it here and we will try to attend to it when we can. If you encounter a performance issue and have properly profiled it or identified a root cause, please share. However, if you haven't, just saying it lags is useless. Also, after doing a clean install or upgrade or even a reboot, give the phone a minute to sort itself out after you first log in before you start paying attention to performance. Android carries out a bunch of background tasks initially after bootup. The ROM runs very smoothly on my device, and I'm using it as a daily driver now.

If anyone wants to help us out with development, contributions are welcomed.

Known Issues:
I've fixed all the obvious bugs that I know of, but I'm sure there are other bugs that we haven't yet noticed. This list will grow and shrink over the course of development and testing.
