Reboot when i format data (twrp), pc not recognice tablet, cant use fastboot.

Hi People.

I have many problems with my asus tf300, i cant do factory reset in recovery (twrp), the problem is format data, the device reboot after do it. My computer does not recognize the tablet, so i cant use fastboot, when i connect to pc, no notifications, nothing. and now, the device not start (the installed rom).

I need help please! :(
