[Q] dead battery?

Heyy guyz,

my MI3 is not charging since yesterday. Well it charged to 15% overnight, but now its only saying its charging, battery indicator says 0-2% max and the phone wont last on longer then few minutes...
Do you think its battery, or some other issue? Do you guys have some tips on how to approach this?
