Problem with Navigation Bar on Moto E

I had installed SoftKeyZ and changed my navigation keys but now it seems that the application has changed the size of the BACK key to somewhat larger than the other two and no matter how many other buttons I apply it is always LARGER.
I have Android 5.0.1
TWRP Recovery
