Problem HTC ONE-X New Rom

Helo i tried to put another custom rom in my root phone and my phone is stuck in the beginning over 30 minute in HTC quietly brilliant screen.I put the files in sd to phone with:
Kernel+Flasher+21.0.0
HTC_ONE_X_-_MaximusHD_21.0.0
My phone is not beginning now.My sd card have only the 2 files that i put inside.Is my first time and i have big problem now.
