Please help - Lumia 640 Dual LTE does not accept SIM card after flash

I tried to flash Lumia 640 Dual TORM-1113 - 059X1B3 - APAC HK with TMO-US ROM (059X0P7) and then back with its ROM but it is now always showing Flight mode and displaying NO SIM in mobile + SIM in Settings (only show 1 SIM).

Is it gone or is there any way to recover/fix it?
